I’m Kateřina (Káťa) Dolejšová — a family photographer based in Most with nearly 35 years of experience. Family photography for me is more than a job; it’s a way to capture the everyday magic of your life together. My images focus on natural moments, genuine emotion and small details — laughter, hugs, curious glances from children or quiet exchanges between parents. I believe the best family photos are made in a relaxed, “at home” atmosphere. As a specialist in family photography, I work with sensitivity and patience, especially when photographing young children. Working with little ones requires attentiveness, time and the ability to find both playfulness and calm in the same moment — that’s my approach. I prefer to act as a guide rather than a director: I give gentle direction so people feel natural, and then leave room for spontaneous moments that tell the real story of your family. My process is simple and personal. First we’ll talk about your ideas and the places where you feel most comfortable — at home on the sofa, in a park, or in a favorite spot in town. During the session I prioritise comfort and a pace suited to both children and adults so we can create authentic photographs without stress. After the shoot I carefully edit the images to ensure they look natural and timeless as the years go by. Why choose me?
