My name is Valentina Pugachova and at Pugachova Photo I specialize in family photography in Holešovice and the wider Prague area. My work grows out of a genuine interest in family stories: I believe the best images are made when people feel relaxed and when moments are authentic rather than posed. That’s why I build sessions around a friendly atmosphere, patience and sensitive guidance—especially when photographing children, who need space to be themselves. My approach combines a documentary sensibility for capturing spontaneous moments with an aesthetic eye developed through work in children’s fashion and advertising. With experience on kids’ projects, I know how to create an environment where even the shyest family members quickly loosen up. I work with natural light and thoughtfully designed setups—always choosing what best suits the family’s character and the desired outcome. How I work: before the session I like to have a short conversation to understand your expectations and the atmosphere you want to capture. On location I emphasize gentle, unobtrusive direction—I suggest activities, games and compositions that help reveal genuine relationships and emotions. After the shoot I carefully select and retouch the images so each portrait tells a personal story about your family. Why choose me?
