I'm Václav (Vašek) Krejsa and family photography is my passion. As a photographer based in Brandýs nad Labem–Stará Boleslav, I work with families, couples and children with one clear aim: to capture genuine moments that will make you smile for years to come. My approach is not about artificial poses or heavy stylization — it’s about naturalness, emotion and the story we create together during our time. I shoot with a kind, relaxed approach. When photographing children and babies I focus on calm, playful atmospheres — the best shots appear when kids laugh, run or simply play. As a father I know how to work with nervous parents and reluctant kids; often a little conversation, a short walk or a small game is enough and the photos come naturally. I most often prefer shooting outdoors in natural light — parks, meadows or your favourite family spots give images a soft, timeless feel — but if you prefer a session at home, I’m happy to adapt. My philosophy is simple: fewer poses, more story. During a session I’ll gently guide you but let moments unfold so I can capture authentic emotions — from a baby’s first smiles to playful sibling interactions and family celebrations like christenings or birthdays. I edit images to look natural, colour-balanced and timeless so they retain their beauty for years. Working with me is friendly and stress-free. I’ll suggest locations, advise on clothing and make sure the session is an enjoyable experience for your whole family. After the shoot you’ll receive a selection of edited images in an online gallery — easy to share with relatives and to preserve as memories.
